• Cancel or transfer any homeowner’s insurance coverage as of closing date.
• Disconnect or transfer utilities:

• Gas
• Electricity
• Phone
• Cable TV
• Trash
  
• Leave all warranties and manuals for appliances.
  
• Leave extra keys.
  
• Leave garage door openers.
